Core is a beautiful, British fine dining restaurant that prides itself on its well-crafted and natural, sustainable food and seeking only the best British produce. Core opened its doors in 2017 with Clare Smyth at the helm, making it Smyth’s first solo restaurant. She became the first ever British female chef to gain the status of 3 Michelin stars. Previously working alongside Chef Gordon Ramsay, Clare Smyth has taken her credibility to a whole new level now with the unique masterpiece that is core.
